Reuben Rasmussen funks himself out to sensual town with a fresh-off-the-grill single What You Give. Releasing on December 12th is a groove-heavy contemporary R&B piece that expresses the intimate vulnerability of giving yourself over to someone. After returning from a UK and European leg, Rasmussen sources inspiration from London-based wave-makers such as Quinn Oulton and Raquel Martins, swirling around the Jazz-funk spiral whilst building on home-brewed production techniques and colourful vocal harmonies.

With help from friend and musician Julian Brandon, What You Give unleashes soaring saxophone countermelodies that stretch from Birmingham (UK) to Billy Cart Hill Studios (Rural VIC, AUS). After riding radio waves on BBC Radio (UK) and Radio Canal 3-D (Switzerland), Rasmussen returns home to Melbourne (Naarm) to debut his first official music video, directed by international artist Sasha Kaiser.
